Shipping & Returns

About the Shipping

Many of the items are available in US warehouse, Canada warehouse, UK warehouse and China warehouse.

For US customers, most of the items will ship from US warehouse, it takes about 3 to 7 business days.

For UK customers, items shipped from UK warehouse takes about 4 to 8 business days.

For Canada customers, items shipped from China takes about 5 to 10 business days.

 For items shipped from China, it takes about 7 to 15 business days to your place.

Return and Exchanges 

1. You may return or exchange any brand-new items and for up to 15 days from your order delivery. We reserve the right to inspect and reject any return if items are not in original condition(BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags and original packaging bag/box).
2. Outlet items, final sale items, and free gift items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
3. Only items purchased from arrislife.com are eligible for returns or exchanges via our Return Center. For purchases made through other channels, please contact the original seller.
4. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Procedures:
1. Send email to service@arrislife.com with your order number and original packing and items pictures;
2. Customer service confirm the condition of the items and provide the returning address;
3. Customer send the items out and provide the tracking number to customer service;
4. When the item received and confirmed, we will exchange a new one to you or refund it to you.

2. If there is factory defective on the products, please contact the service@arrislife.com for aftersale services. We will resend a new one or send replacement parts to you.
