ARRIS Heated Vest/ Jacket Warranty
1-Year Warranty: Heating Elements are warranted for 1-year warranty after purchase.
90-Day Warranty: Batteries and chargers are warrantied for 90 days after purchase.
The electrical components of the product, the rechargeable battery, and the charger are warranted to be free from factory defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of the initial purchase.
Who does this warranty cover?
Our warranties apply only to items purchased directly from Arrislife.com or authorized dealer, such as www.arrishobby.com. (Amazon/Walmart orders follow the warranty policy of Amazon/Walmart store.) Please provide your order number or purchasing history when you contact us.
What does the warranty not cover?
This warranty does not cover any damage caused by the following situations:
- Improperuse;
- Failure to follow the instructions;
- Unauthorized repair or modifications;
- External causes beyond our reasonable control, such as wires bittenby the pets, accident and etc.
- Normal wear & tear of the garment, such as fabric, zippers and other accessories are not covered under warranty.
How to Claim?
To proceed with a claim, please send emails to service@arrislife.com with your order number or purchasing history screenshot. The customer service will tell you how to do. Our working time is 9:30am to 5:30pm (GMT+8) Monday to Friday. If you write emails on the weekend, you may receive our reply on Monday.
